The sauce is really good. I cannot eat hot sauce so omitted that. The horseradish made them spicy enough for me. The wings did not get golden like I was hoping they would. I think it was because they were on the fatty side. The wings looked nice and plump when I bought them so I thought they would be really good. I don't know if the fat prevented them from getting a nice golden or not. I think next time I make these I will bake the wings for a few minutes and then baste them.
