- 236.59 ml boiling water
- 14.79-29.58 ml miso
- 4.92 ml crumbled wakame seaweed
- 85.04 g fresh tofu
- 56.69 g spinach, shredded
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
directions
- Heat the water and miso paste in a saucepan.
- Add the wakame and simmer the soup for a couple of minutes.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and stir into the soup. Add the spinach and scallion, reheat and serve.
