      Ketjap Manis is a favorite and when you say this is an easy recipe -it is one step simplicity. I did mine covered in the oven for 1 hour 45 minutes at 325F but I cut the recipe back to apprx 10 oz of pork sirloin steak. I think I should have left it in the oven for a full 2 hours - it was moist but not fall apart tender, still it was tender.. Very enjoyable I give it a full 5 stars for flavor

      This was quite good. Dave loved the flavour of the sauce. I cut my pork into bite size pieces and cook in a covered casserole dish with one burner going on low in our hooded BBQ. Thanks for posting.

      oh my, this is good. prepared and served the dish as suggested and would give it ten stars definitely as this is a keeper. our only complaint was the servings were not big enough because it was just too delicious - have to cook double (or maybe triple) next time. i'm sure it would be great the next day if we had any leftovers...
