Wonderful tasting side dish! I used 5 cloves of garlic and left out the sugar because I used seasoned rice vinegar. Yummy!!! Made for Fall PAC 2011.

Great recipe. Made with sesame oil as another suggested. Sauted a few green onions and mushrooms before adding spinach and sauce. I actually made extra sauce cause I was serving with rice. Think a little fresh ginger may even be a good addition. Thanks for posting.

This was very good. I didn't have peanut oil so I subbed sesame oil and it was very yummy. I didn't want to share it with the family it was so good. Thanks for posting it.

Made this tonight to go with Chinese Barbecued Pork#348288, Ginger Jasmine Rice#379146, and Asian Sesame Roasted Green Beans#359058. I followed the instructions only I added more garlic (love garlic). It was quite good and very simple to make. Will make it again. Thank you! Made for Unrated Asian Recipe Tag 2009.

This was the first time I'd ever had "wilted" spinach, and I would definitely repeat it! Some changes: I used PAM instead of the peanut oil, I omitted the sesame seeds, and I used Splenda in place of the sugar. I used only one teaspoon of soy sauce, but I still thought that the soy sauce flavor was too strong... and I also had a whole lot of "sauce" left in the pan, so I think I'd just halve or even quarter those ingredients. Thanks for posting!
