      This has now been made with chicken! I used thinly sliced chicken breasts. It was excellent. I added some green bell peppers to the stir fry. Very easy and well flavored dish. Served it over jasmine rice.

      Mmmm this was delicious! I used fresh pineapple and dry sherry with a jalepino pepper. Didn't have any fresh coriander, so used a little dried and added about half a red and half a green sweet bell pepper. We will certainly be having this again, delightful over plain brown basmati rice. Thanks for sharing a really nice taste!!

      this was really quick and easy to make. i omitted the sugar and i accidentally used tbsp instead of tsp for the marinade, which didn't matter much as i drained the pork and discarded it. one of my kids thought it was chicken, which is all she eats, so that was good. i served this over basmati rice.
