Lemon Stir-fry Sauce

"This came from the back of a bag of "Bird's Eye Farm Fresh Mixtures, Asparagus Stir-Fry With Pasta" to which I added boneless chicken breasts. Nevertheless, when I looked on their site, and searched and searched, I could not find the recipe. I decided to post it as much for my future reference as well as your enjoyment. This was nice and light and a great change from the traditional teriyaki taste we have become accustomed to."

  1. Great recipe and easy to make using basic ingredients that were in the cupboard. Yum!

  2. I really loved this sauce. Besides being super easy it has a terrific (versatile) slightly sweet mellow flavor that is "total comfort food!" I sauteed some onion and about 2 cups of shredded cole slaw mix, added the sauce (doubled), 1 1/2 pkg. cooked Ramen noodles, with shredded rotiss. chicken and it was superb! I already sampled and know the kids will love it! Thanks so much, Leah for a recipe I will make over and over. Roxygirl

  3. I made this tonight for dinner after searching for a few and I wanted something that didn't have a review on it, I had to give it 5 stars, not to over powering and yet coated everything nicely. I am putting this one into my recipe book and will definately make again thanks for posting. Leanne
