It was a little salty for our taste, but very flavorful. I will try again with reduced sodium soy sauce.
Love it! I ended up cubing the chicken breasts and cooking them in the sauce for about 30 minutes. We then put the chicken over fried rice. Thanks Deborah! This is a keeper!
Very easy tasty recipe. I used skinless, boneless thighs, Brown sugar substitute and only 4 thighs. 30 minutes in 375 oven was perfect.. I basted the thighs twice during the baking Thanks Deborah for a keeper
