  • Whisk first 8 ingredients together in medium bowl to blend.
  • Place ribs in baking pan; pour marinade over, turning to coat ribs.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove ribs from marinade and place in a single layer on shallow baking pan.
  • Bake 30 minutes; turn ribs over and baste with marinade.
  • Continue baking until tender, basting once more, about 35 minutes.
  • Cut into single rib portions and serve hot.
