  1. Been meaning to rate this for years-I make it for company!! Have shared it a lot. We love it. My husband tells his friends he's got to get home quick when I'm making it!=WOW!

  2. This was excellent! Even better the next day. This recipe is definitely a keeper. My picky hubby even liked it. I did leave out the sherry when making it, because I didn't have any. One review said they thought the sherry was too strong and I'm glad we left it out. Overall, GREAT recipe and very easy.

  3. I've made this several times and we love it! Can't believe more haven't tried this recipe. Yummy!!

  4. My husband liked this recipe however I found that the Sherry was way too overpowering. Maybe cut the Sherry in half with water and it might be better?

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
