yummmm. i added a pound of frozen green beans in with the garlic scapes when they were almost cooked through, doubled the sauce (and beef broth). what an easy quick go-to stir fry. thanks

Fantastic! I used garlic chives, which are almost the exact same thing as garlic scapes and a great substitute; you can find them at any Asian supermarket. They're wonderful in this! Thanks!

Great stir fry CL! I made this using green onions in place of scapes, and a seeded halapeno pepper, of coarse I used much more than 2 cloves of garlic, something like 2 tbsps. The sauce was just delicious, I served it with white rice. DH and myself really enjoyed this dish. Thanks for another winner...Kitten:)
